Kashmiri civilian shot dead by Indian police

On 5th of October, a Kashmiri civilian, Asif Ahmed, was killed in Pulwama area of Kashmir valley. While the police maintains that the personnel’s rifle went off accidentally, such police versions of Kashmiri civilian killings have been proven to be false in the past.^[3][4]
