On December 13th, a Delhi Court dismissed the bail plea filed by pro-freedom leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan. Nayeem Khan has been in prison for his involvement in the self-determination movement of Kashmir, and has been imprisoned since August 14, 2017[6]. Nayeem Khan is one of the many Kashmiris who are currently incarcerated in prisons across India, including women, teenagers, human rights defenders, journalists, and ailing old political leaders.
