While this resolution is weak on self -determination and also draws a false moral equivalence between the million-man Indian army committing crimes against humanity in Kashmir and Pakistan’s role, after conferring with Kashmiris, we are encouraging you to call your Congressperson and ask them to cosponsor the resolution: H.RES.724.
